A HISTOLOGiCAL SLIDE AS SEEN UNDER A LIGHT MICROSCOPE  
The image is a of liver section observed at a low magnification.
You can observe a large pink area, but few details can be distinguished at this magnification. In sections of other organs observed at the same magnification, it would be possible to observe some of their components, such as layers that make up the organ, large nerves. The three or four large empty spaces are probably blood vessels.
There are many small clear spaces in the image. Most of them are empty cavities of blood vessels, also called the lumen of blood vessels (see the meaning of “Lumen” in the GLOSSARY at the main MENU.
