MOL – HISTOLOGY is an interactive tutorial that consists of texts and images captured from an optical microscope besides schematic drawings.

MOL was developed to help students study cells, tissues, and organs as they appear in histological sections examined under a light microscope. It was originally created in Brazil in Portuguese in 2004 and is now in its fourth version.

This latest edition introduces two major new features:
MOL can be accessed on desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and smartphones.
It includes a new chapter on Oral HistologyIt includes a new chapter on Oral Histology.

MOL is aimed to undergraduate students, mainly of the areas of Health and Biological Sciences. It must be accompanied by the study of theory, through theoretical classes and studying textbooks. It will be also useful for professionals who want to remember their Histology study or need information on specific topics on the subject.

MOL can be covered sequentially from the first to the last chapter, as it were a complete course or according to a sequence of chapters according to the Histology course that each student is following or wishes.
