At a slightly higher magnification than the previous image, less stained areas of the pancreas are shown.They are Islets of Langerhans<\/strong> (highlighted in green).
\nThere are also areas of the image with blood vessels, nerves and excretory ducts<\/strong>, surrounded by a small amount of connective tissue (highlighted in yellow).
\nThe remainder of the image is occupied by secretory units of the exocrine pancreas. They are units formed by serous acini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
