It most likely represents the lumen of an organ or the external surface of the body.<\/p>\n<li>A well-stained middle region: This band appears dark pink and contains numerous nuclei.<\/li>\n<li>A lightly stained lower region: This band appears paler pink and contains relatively few nuclei.a &#8220;blank&#8221;, unstained upper strip, a space without any content.
