Observe the thin strip of cytoplasm around a single drop of fat y. Nuclei of adipose cells can be observed, depending on the level of sectioning. One of them is highlighted in blue after using the mouse or clicking on the upper image.<br \/>\nThe upper image is of a very thin section of adipose tissue embedded in a plastic resin and stained with toluidine blue.
