Top Figure
Observe a segmented neutrophil in the upper region of the figure.
In the lower region: a much larger cell than the red blood cells and the neutrophil.

It has a strongly indented nucleus and delicate chromatin. Its cytoplasm is weakly stained in light blue and does not show granules.

This is a monocyte.

Bottom Figure
A large cell with an indented nucleus and weakly stained cytoplasm – monocyte.

The arrow points to a group of platelets.
